My arm got shut in a door with force last night and immediately swell up and over night its bruise and is a lump in that area, should i be concerned?

The lump is: probably a hematoma which is a collection of blood or bruise deep in tissues. all this will resolve in 2 weeks. however if you can move your arms in all directions then no concern of fracture.

Concerned: Yes, you should be concerned. Please have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility and they will be able to help you with treatment of your shut in door and bruises!
