What's the earliest we might see a covid vaccine available to the general public? cases/deaths keep going up in my area and many are refusing to wear masks. mayor's newly issued mask mandate is more or less useless and makes too many exceptions.

COVID-19 vaccine is available, safe, and found to be effective for children 6 months and older and adults. It is emergency use authorized for 6 months and up and fully authorized for 16 years of age and up. I encourage everyone who is eligible to be vaccinated and boosted! (July 2, 2022)
