In ZA?: These symptoms could be caused by a variety of infections (to include COVID 19) My understanding is that in South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will then make the determination about whether they will make a COVID 19 testing referral or not. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine.
