Self assessment indicated that i might have been exposed to the virus, i don't feel sick or anything, the only questions i have answered yes to, were for loss of smell and taste. should i be worried?

Need test...: Sudden loss of smell and/or taste is a sign of Covid19 infection. It can be the only sign. The best approach is to self~isolate and call your doctor to get tested. If you test positive, you will need to isolate for a minimum of 10 days, with 3 days of symptom improvement. This is to reduce the chance of spreading the virus to others. Please arrange for testing ASAP.

Anosmia: There have been some cases of COVID 19 reported where loss of sense of smell was either the presenting symptom or the only symptom. As you know - some people are completely assymptomatic. I would quarantine and consider medical assessment - possibly through telemedicine.
