I knocked my head on metallic stairs and i had pain for 5minutes.the shock was on the border so it did pain only in one point of my head. when i touch my head in the affected area i still have pain but i also have sharp pain without touching.

Fall from a height? : If you fell from a height, lost consciousness or have vomited, please see urgent care right away. Place a cold compress, ice pack on the area without pressing down. You most likely have a bruise which will resolve with time. Monitor your symptoms, and watch for dizziness, loss of coordination and vomiting. Usually within 24 hours, there is improvement.
