Hmmm....: A person who does that usually does it until he cuts himself while frequently changing blades back and forth. At that point, he realizes the dangers of frequently changing blades. The safest path is to shave facial hair but leave the pubic hair alone, unless there is a risk of pubic lice. If there is a pubic lice risk, maybe let's not give those critters a home. Excess facial hair has some risks.
