Pubic cyst: there are multiple possibilities including infection vs pilonidal cyst . if it is painfull and redness around it see a physician for antibiotics and may be drainage. if this is near the genital area it could be related to sexually transmitted disease also. keep the area clean meanwhile and avoid scratching the area
