Irritation: It seems that the razor has caused irritation on your skin. If you had applied shaving cream on the area, an allergic contact reaction is another possibility.

Folliculitis: Shaving too close, maybe getting infected. I do not understand the fad of pubic shaving. Are you a nudist? Best is to stop shaving. You may need to see a dermatologist. Meanwhile you can try otc Benzoyl Peroxide Gel (cream)--- get the lowest % (2 1/2; or 5%).Bewhere that it bleaches color out of fabrics.
