See a Dr: Numbness throughout the body can indicate a serious problem. Do not try to treat it yourself with over the counter medication. Call and be seen by a Dr ASAP. They can do a thorough history and physical exam to detect any anomalies and do blood tests/imaging as needed to determine the underlying cause and start you on treatment.
