Annular urticaria: Ringworm is actually not a worm, but a fungus. it typically occurs over just one or two locations, not over the entire body. What you have described is annular urticaria (hives) which is a rash due to an allergic reaction. This can be caused by food, lotions, cleansers and contact with chemicals. Give him Diphenhydramine or Loratadine which are antihistamines and will calm reaction in 2-3 days
