Electrolytes: Muscle fatigue can be caused by many factors like dehydration, overtraining, or lack of circulation. First, try increasing your hydration and electrolytes. (Esp Calcium/Magnesium), next determine how fast you have increased your distance/speed. Follow the general rule of increasing weekly mileage volume by no more than 10 percent a week. Lastly, see if your socks/shoes are constricting bloodflow.
