COVID-19 Symptoms: Usually the common signs and symptoms of COVID-19 are: fever, fatigue, chills, muscle pain, cough, loss of taste or smell, difficulty breathing, headache and sore throat. Nevertheless, diarrhea and nausea can also be part of the disease. In this case, I would recommend to keep an eye to see if any of the other symptoms listed before develop, keep practicing social distancing and frequent hand wash

COVID 19: COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Although it is not possible to completely rule out COVID - it is less likely if he only had one GI symptom. Monitor.
