Diet changes: At 14m old, a baby should be eating 3 meals/2 snacks daily and drinking milk/form (600ml daily). The formula should be given only after they eat. Their diet should consist of pureed/small bits of soft fruit/veggies, cereal and meat. If their stool is hard (like pellets) or clay like, try giving 1-2 oz prune or pear juice daily. Avoid constipating foods like applesauce, unripe bananas, rice, cheese
