Hopefully: Generally fiber and water are key to bowel regularity. If these methods do not help, a doctors visit might be in order.

I liter: Is inadequate fluid intake for a young person and with your exercising. Should be more like 2 1/2 to 3 liters per day and thats assuming you are not taking caffeine or alcohol. Excess fiber in relation to inadequate fluids leads to hard stools. Concentrate more on your fluid intake and be less aggressive with fiber intake.
