Refusing Treatment: Nope. This is highly unlikely. Please know that that disease of addiction is leading you to death. Your brain is sick and it cannot function in any safe way while you are still on your substance. Addiction can be treated. You can learn to see yourself as worthy of living and even find a way back to caring for yourself. But, you cannot refuse treatment for suicidal behavior.
