Regular patterns +: General health is maintained by balancing physical,and mental needs. Eating properly (more fruits, vegetables, and healthy proteins fish/fowl over red meats). Limit fast foods, if used at all, limit calorie intake, drink,lots of water. Avoid sugary drinks, fatty or fried foods. Limit alcohol intake. Sleep 8 hours, maintain mind activities like crosswords/puzzles. Wash hands, wear a mask when out.
