Hard to say: Could be viral syndrome. Any exposure to Covid? If symptoms persist need to be checked and possibly have covid test if doctor thinks it is a possibility.

Symptoms: Do you feel this way chronically or are these new onset symptoms? If new onset- it could be a viral infection. However, if you chronically have these symptoms - would recommend medical assessment to determine the cause.
