I have been diagnosed with a stomach flu (gastroenteritis) , i am taking nectizole, librax, and zofer, this my 3rd day on the medication, and my symptoms are not getting better, lack of appetite, weak, sore limps, abdominal pain, and dizziness. ?

Call doc: Your symptoms are suggesting you are getting dehydrated and diagnosis might need to be reviewed. Call your treating doc for input and see if they will be able to coordinate locally as you may need iv fluids. If unable to stand up, visiting the local ER will be appropriate.

I think I have the stomach flu. Sunday I was vomiting all day was also dizzy and unsteady walking. I feel much better today, but still a little shaky.
I've been on methadone 20mg/daily. Im now taking mucinex (guaifenesin) for sinuses and now I'm nauseous and dizzy. Is it the mucinex (guaifenesin) or do I have a stomach flu??
