i've been having dizziness from dehydration & stomach flu, doctor gave me 1000ml of fluids & i've been drinking water how long till dizines goes away?

Another day, maybe: Usually young people such as yourself bounce back quite quickly from viral gastroenteritis. I presume you had IV fluids if you measured it in 1000 ml/1 liter. And you've been drinking water. Keep it up, take it easy until you feel better/less dizzy. Should not be more than 48 hours more. See doc again if longer. Good wishes:)
