Might be viral: Gastroenteritis may be produced by a variety of infective and non-infectious conditions. Viral is quite frequent. If, however, this does not clear up in next several days, strongly suggest you see a doctor and have them obtain a full history and exam. If necessary they may recommend endoscopy.
