Gastroenteritis: Eating undercooked chicken may result in gastroenteritis, most commonly due to Salmonella and/or Campylobacter. Symptoms consist of diarrhea, abdominal cramps, fever, nausea and/or vomiting among the most common. Incubation is from hours to couple of days.
