My 3 year old son have been complajning about his pennis being painful, today late he have been crying non stop saying its painful, the pennis is not swollen, the appearance is the pain and he seem to be in deep pain, its like the pain come and disap?

Irritation/infection: This sounds like an irritation in the tube inside his penis (where urine comes out). This can be from underwear(especially if wet from urinary accidents),wearing wet bathing suit for a long time, or soap/bubblebath. You can apply some healing ointment to the tip, drink plenty of fluids, and if pain continues or has fever, have evaluated by his doctor/possibly test urine for infection.
