Chest pain: Chest pain for 2 days without accompanying cough, sputum, wheeze, breathing symptoms could be due to rib cage inflammation, esophageal disorder or a cardiac problem. I recommend having a physician examine you and order any tests deemed advisable in order to make a diagnosis and advise you.
