Sometimes i wake up in the morning and after i pee,my lower abdomen or v area would hurt, sometimes really really bad, this happens occassionally, and i still dont know the cause?

Assess: Does "V area" mean vagina? Do you urinate large amounts in the morning? Do you ever get the sense that your bladder is over-extended. You man need to be assessed to determine the reason for this. However, would suggest that you don't drink lots of beverages before bed.
