my lower abdomen hurts, when i get up, and when i walk, i have no trouble urinating and no blood is showing when i pee, what could be the reason?

Not sure...: Is internally only when you walk? At rest does it go away? How long has this been going on for? Is it across the lower abdomen, sides. Any issues with constipation. Passing gas? Able to eat ok? Probably need a little more information that your primary care doc or urgent care doc can sort through..
