Im 18 and stopped eating red meat for about 1 year. i lost weight but why does my weight change every morning within a range? it varies from 39.3 - 40 kg. is it normal?

Normal: If your weight was always exactly the same I would want to make sure you weren't a robot. (Not really) It is normal to have minor weight flucuations. But it looks like you only weigh 88 pounds - do you just have a tiny stature or are you underweight?
