With c diff would diarrhea come and go? also i didnt have any diarrhea while i was on the antibiotic and its been almost 4 months since last dose of broad spectrum antibiotic. how likely is it to be c diff?

Hard to say: C. Diff can definitely recur in a patient who has been treated, but would more likely be persistent not intermittent, so your intermittent diarrhea could be something else or could be a recurrence. A thorough Dr evaluation would be best. Patients with recurrent C Diff are often treated with a different antibiotic
