Took z-pak for sinus infection. antibiotics cause me diarrhea. i found transparent worm-like stringy "things" in my last stool. what is this?

Mucus: Antibiotic related diarrhea can be accompanied by secretion of mucus such as you describe. This is usually self limited and should clear in a few days.
