Yes: Medical consensus seems to indicate that drinking ginger tea, or eating ginger is safe during pregnancy as long as the dosages are kept under 1000mg per day. Ginger may help with nausea, abdominal discomfort and help to keep your stools normal in early pregnancy. Side effects may include heartburn or reflux symptoms, so it is probably not advisable during the third trimester.
