It's not a good idea: to put sweet liquids like juice or sweet tea in a bottle, only formula or water, to avoid baby's developing a taste for sweets by 5-6 mos. when primary teeth erupt. Wipe out your baby's mouth after feeding & reading at a set bedtime, then put him in his crib drowsy, but awake, without bottle or pacifier to learn to self-calm to sleep by 4 mos. to avoid cavities & sleep problems at 6 mos. & >.
