Fungal infection?: Warm moist areas of the body, especially those in areas that can be chafing, can develop fungal infections due to yeast. There are many over the counter creams that contain miconazole which can be used to heal these infections. Once the redness, burning and itching go away focus on keeping the area dry using powders, frequent washing and periodic blotting.

Try antifungal : This is a common problem in warmer weather, especially in women with larger breasts & those with diabetes. It is sometimes due to yeast or fungus growth on the skin in the moist environment. Tinactin powder (or similar product- can check with pharmacist) can be helpful since it absorbs moisture & kills yeast & fungi. If you have diabetes try to get sugars controlled, & lose weight if needed
