Closest ER: Based on bed availability and patient needs, hospitals and providers will take care of transfer if needed, otherwise the closest hospital for timely proper management.

Severe COVID: We don't know what country you are in? I agree with Dr. Silviu Pasniciuc. If you have severe COVID 19 symptoms currently, you don't have time to fiddle about. You need to be transported to nearest Emergency. Transfer could be considered after you are stablized.
