It can't b renewed: It's a controlled drug & must have a new prescription written each month on a special form.

Depends on rx: Your doc decides the dose and frequency based on your diagnosis & response to the medication.You are permitted that dose as directed and the doc may write for up to a 30 or 90 day supply based on a variety of factors & the need documented in his/her records. Those records are subject to audit.You are permitted to receive the amount/day prescribed & get more when due, not before.
