Lots of Problems!: Theoretically, yes. The problem is that an oral tyrosinase inhibitor would also act on cells in the brain, causing dopamine dysregulation and all kinds of serious problems! Topical tyrosinase inhibitors only act on a local area and are not deeply absorbed therefore avoiding the systemic problems.
