Doubt it: Birds do not spread rabies. If the dog was rabid & you had a bite or open wound that saliva entered you might have an exposure. I would also contact your local health department which follows any regional rabies activity & keeps tract of prophylaxis supplies. If there is no rabies in your region it would be less of an issue overall.
