Probably Not: What illness you are referring to is a mystery, but I know of none that are transmitted through evaporated saliva.

Drool: Your saliva contains all of the microorganisms, bacteria/virus/ fungus etc that live in your mouth. As the saliva dries, it b becomes inhospitable. How long do the microorganisms live? Varies according to species, but most will probably no longer be viable.
