COVID 19: Don't know how high your temperature is? If dangerously high, would contact your doctor. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. In the meantime, rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup.

Covid19: Dr. Fowler's advice is spot on. Fever, in some cases, can be quite prolonged and is often caused underlying pneumonia which may not be accompanied by significant cough. In other cases the prolonged fevers are caused by an inflammatory reaction even after the virus has cleared. Continue with rest, good fluid intake & acetaminophen. Consider having a chest xray ,if your MD agrees, to assess lungs
