i was in contact with a person with covid19. while i was in contact with him i whore a mask and practiced social distancing.i was only 15 min in contact with him.i am isolating myself.i don't have any of the symptoms.how should i proseed?

COVID 19 contact: Glad to hear you are isolating. Not always sure how they do things in South Africa but I would at minimum start monitoring yourself for COVID 19 symptoms: fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
