I was on lexapro, was diagnosed with osteo arthritis in my back, they switched me to cymbalta 3 months or so ago. back and hips still hurt, im tired and unmotivated now and can not make myself do a thing. i have good days but most are not. help?

Cymbalta/ Lexapro: Did you become tired and unmotivated after coming off Lexapro? Don't know your dose of Cymbalta? It may need to be increased. Did they change you to Cymbalta to help with pain control? It is often used to help with neurogenic pain. Please let your prescribing doctor know. Medications can be titrated to fit your needs.
