Yes: If there is no tylenol (acetaminophen) mixed with the allergy medicine- yes you can give her tylenol (acetaminophen) for her fever. And you can alternate Ibuprofen and tylenol (acetaminophen) if she continues to have fever if she continues to get fever- .Check with your pediatrician tomorrow.
