Nasal pain: Nasal pain. The nose consists of your nasal passage. Which is the skin then the mucosa. The musosa lines the nasal septum and further up is your nasal tubinates. Pain can happen secondary to infection. Common infections include fungal infections and impetigo. The nares of the nose often get irritated. Trauma to nasal septum from blunt force, "picking" or use of cocaine. Pain from turbinates.
