Hard to say: It would be extremely hard to say what this growth is without visualizing it in person and you may even need a biopsy of it which is very easy to to in a primary care or dermatology office.I would advise you visit your primary doctor and have them take a look at it and see if it would be appropriate to biopsy or if the diagnosis is clear from visualization alone.Treatment would also be much easier
