Get tested : you have symptoms of urethritis- the most common causes of this in young men are sexually transmitted infections- Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. at minimum you should see a health care provider and be tested for these (the test uses a swab of the urethra, and the results are available in a couple hours. even if your symptoms are mild, if left untreated it could lead to inferility.

Dysuria: See a physician, urologist or go to a men's health clinic for evaluation. Possibilities include a prostate infection, inflammation/infection of the urethra or bladder. If you've recently had sex with someone who's health status is unknown, a sexually transmitted disease has to be checked for and you should mention this at your visit so appropriate testing will be done.
