Sometimes when i drink stuff i feel what feels like the coldness of drink spread out a small amount in my chest -mid esophagus. is this serious? i told my doctor and she brushed it off but im still worried about it. it only happens occasionally?

Avoid cold drinks.: If persistent, I would consider further examination such as EGD, barium swallow with water siphonage. Your symptoms are not unusual with cold fluids.
