Behavioral Health: Hello, I would call your health insurance agency to see if they provide you with behavioral health coverage. If yes, many will want you to see providers within their network. Seeing a psychologist or a clinical social worker would be good choices for counseling. Regarding medication, sometimes it can be handled by your primary care provider and at other times, a psychiatrist is a better choice.
