See doc: You can't get rid of psoriasis but you can control it. See a rheumatologist. There are alot of good drugs now.

Sunlight: Sunlight or a sun lamp can improve the spots. Topical steroids, particularly ultra-potent ones, are also helpful. Other disease modifying meds are also available. See a rheumatologist, especially if you have coinciding joint pain.
