I woke up drenched in sweat. doesn't happen often. i'm on medication to have a period once a month due to a lack of one. do i need to wash my sheets according to a hygeine expert? they are dry now and i showered before going to bed.

Washing sheets: There are MANY different opinions about how often sheets should be washed. Most recommended anywheres from every 2 weeks, to more often than weekly. It was recommended that pillow cases be washed more often - usually at least 2 to 3 times per week. However, if soiled or you have infectious disease - wash more often. If the sheets are "yucky" I would wash them.
