A member asked:

Is it possible to receive a lack of iron disorder because of receiving your period twice in one month?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes : Frequent periods can lead to iron deficiency and anemia especially if they are heavy or you aren't getting enough iron in your diet or as supplements. This doesn't usually happen if you only occasionally have 2 periods in the same month however. Hope this helps.
