Irregular bleeding: Irregular bleeding or spotting is common in the first three to four months after you miscarry. This is caused by fluctuations in hormones and should subside once your body adjusts to the new levels of hormones. Since you don't want to become pregnant again so soon after miscarrying, you may want to consider some kind of short term contraceptives.
