Hi doc, last month i had a miscarriage n today i'm having big lumpy clotting throughout 3 hours,i had period spotting past few days ?

Post miscarriage : not that this is necessarily unusual but it might be wise to get an ultrasound to make sure you don't have any remaining tissues from the earlier miscarriage

Your period: This could be the onset of your period since it has been a month since your miscarriage. If you are going through more than a 1 pad an hour,f/u with your gynecologist or go to the ER.
